About Quoteline

Built for the businesses that answer their own phones

Small businesses lose sales at night and at weekends, when nobody is free to work out a price. Quoteline answers for them, from their own list, and gives the decisions back to them. We build it for the people behind the counter, not around them.

Who we build for

People who do the work and answer the enquiries

The owner who bakes, drives, fixes and replies, often all before lunch. Press a photo to see what Quoteline takes off their hands.

01 · The home baker with flour on her hands

Enquiries keep coming while the tarts are in the oven. The assistant answers from her own list and asks for the date and quantity, so she reads a finished order, not a backlog.

Photographs on this page are illustrations, not customers.

What we promise

Three things we will not trade away

Exact before clever

A quote is a promise. We let the AI talk and keep the arithmetic in code that can be checked to the cent.

People decide

The assistant earns autopilot one kind of message at a time, on the owner's say-so, and hands back anything a person should judge.

Open about how it works

We publish our test results and our security findings, and we tell buyers they are talking to an assistant. See how we test

How we work with you

We start with your price list, and you stay in charge

Nothing goes to a buyer until you have seen how the assistant answers. You decide, one kind of message at a time, when it can answer alone.

Veronica Loh

Veronica Loh

Managing Director, Orion Five Engineering · Singapore

Veronica has been making businesses run properly for about 26 years, and has seen most things go wrong at least once. Logistics, food tech R&D, mechanising factory lines, getting warehouses and ERPs to finally agree with each other: if it has a process, Veronica has probably untangled it. Since 2015 Veronica has run Orion Five Engineering, where the team has built things like a robot that unloads egg cartons and machine learning that checks pill packs.

Veronica is also the person you want holding the clipboard. ISO 14064 Lead Auditor, greenhouse gas Lead Verifier, quality and HACCP internal auditor: the full set. That habit of checking the numbers twice is a big part of why Quoteline's prices come from code you can audit, not from a chatbot's best guess. Bonus fact: Veronica has marched in two National Day Parades with the SME contingent and picked up a Silver Award both times.

Yuan Jun Yi

Yuan Jun Yi

Product Lead · Singapore

Jun Yi has spent five years on both sides of the counter. One side: lorries, routes, rosters and the peak-season scramble when everything ships at once. The other: hosting live sales streams on Upmesh, juggling Meta campaigns, teaming up with influencers, and tidying up checkouts until people stopped abandoning their carts halfway. Somewhere in there Jun Yi also took a shop's sales overseas, just to keep things interesting.

Here, Jun Yi's job is to keep Quoteline honest about how small businesses really sell. Think of the 10pm "how much for 40 pax?" message, the buyer who wanders off if the price takes too long, and the owner who wants the last word. Away from the desk, Jun Yi is usually trying out some new app nobody's heard of yet, or being very particular about a pour-over.
